Definition of e-commerce:


E-commerce stands for electronic commerce and refers to businesses and individuals who buy and sell goods and services over the Internet. It is performed on computers, tablets, smartphones and other smart devices. E-commerce operates in several market segments including business-to-business (B2B), business-to-consumer (B2C), consumer-to-consumer (C2C), consumer-to-business (C2B). ( Bloomenthal, 2022)
